Archery Elk Data Gathered by ABA

The ABA had been asked to consider supporting a recommendation to move the archery elk season to a date where it would always fall late in September. Following is the decision that was made by the Board of Directors, including data to support their decision and what they feel the affect might be if the change was to be implemented.

PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO LOOK AT THE ATTACHED DATA AND CHARTS, HOPEFULLY THEY WILL SHED SOME LIGHT ON THE ISSUE  FOR EVERYONE.

What does the ABA do?

Recently the board of the ABA was asked; “what is it that the ABA actually does”?  At first we were taken back by such a question.  What do you mean what is it that we do?

History

The Arizona Bowhunters Association was founded for the purpose of representing the growing number of bow hunters during the mid-nineteen seventies.
