Randy Phillips

Born in Globe, Arizona and started his bowhunting career at 14 years old, taking his first archery Deer at the age of 38. Randy developed the Arizona E-Z Fletch in 1988 and opened Archery Headquarters in 1990. He is also involved with the ATA as a Dealer Council Pres. and serves on the ATA Board of Directors. Joined the ABA Board of Directors in 2006 after he reconized the involvment the ABA has with the Game & Fish dept. and felt guilty for not helping.
